“The Seventh Sky”
The 7th Sky Program is a Complex of Psycho techniques aimed at
psycho energetic personality transformation, mental rehabilitation, self discovery, ignition of natural mechanisms for self-healing, overall health improvement
In the last years, we pay an enormous attention to the spiritual constituent of addiction behavior its correction and treatment. The result of this attention is a recently introduced program “The Seventh Sky”.

The 7th Sky program includes a complex of highly effective and well developed psycho techniques synthesizes and integrated by our specialists. These techniques provide maximally positive results in a very intensive short term therapy.

The objective of the 7th sky is the achievement of psycho energetic personality transformation, mental rehabilitation, self discovery, discovery of inner potential resources and creative abilities as well as ignition of natural mechanisms for self-healing, overall health improvement, and renewed possibilities for personal growth with the help of psycho-energetic transformation, activation, and expansion.

The main therapeutic constituency of the 7th Sky program:

1) Breathing psycho training “Absolutus” includes the elements of holotropic breathing, and yoga breathing practices.
2) A complex of meditative psycho techniques based on the integral yoga by Sri Aurobindo.
3) The “Dervish Dance”, based on the ancient Sufi ritual.
4) Psycho energetic training “AUM” a group mantra chanting. 
5) Psycho - hygienic training called Lapidopsychotherapy which involves the work with the stone, where a chosen stone serves as the object for emotional transformation on it.
6) Relaxation training “Savasana”
7) “Maun” training 24-48 hours of the Vow of Silence, to be performed solely by each patient. A patient is isolated from society and placed to a traditional Kyrgyz yurta up in the mountains. Silence stimulates internal feelings and emotional state of the patient and activates thinking process allowing seeing and making decision for future actions.

Of no small therapeutic importance are the natural constituencies of the climatic factors.
The program is conducted in the rehabilitation center which is located at the medium mountain altitude Lake Isyk Kul, 2100 meters above sea level popular for its soft climate.  The total duration of the 7th Sky program is 7 days.

Directed towards self discovery and self analyses, the program initiates the process of spiritual re-evaluation of inner self.
The expanded state of consciousness to which our patient is driven while performing trainings allows realizing and solving hidden conflicts and seeing new opportunities for self development.

Our main transformational tool in the process of personality integration is expanded consciousness.
Such state of consciousness is a natural physical state which can be characterized by maximum mobilization of the reserved mental abilities.

After the completion of the program the subjective effects such as: clarity and astuteness, feeling of internal balance and uplifted mood, openness towards people, endurance, and appearance of new goals which are of a great importance to our patients, emerge.
