Nazaraliev Jenishbek is a Doctor of Medicine, Professor, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Member of the World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH, Los Angeles, USA), national coordinator of the Regional Office of the International Council on Drug Addiction and Alcoholism (ICAA, Lausanne, Switzerland).

In 1984, J. Nazaraliev graduated from the Kyrgyz state Medical Institute with a degree as a general physician. After four years of clinical practice, he gained official recognition in the form of an author's certificate for drug and alcohol addiction treatment.

In 1998, J. Nazaraliev defended his Ph.D. (Kandidatskaya) thesis on "Structural and Functional Abnormalities of the Liver under Thebaic and Morphine Intoxication, followed by Enterosorption Carbon and Mineral Correction." Later, he defended his Doctorate thesis on "The Scientific Grounds of New Technologies for Treatment in Private Narcological Clinics." Since 1991, Professor Nazaraliev has served as the founder and president of a private, specialized, narcological hospital, the activities of which are based on the author's scientifically grounded and scientifically rigorous, high-performance treatment technologies.

Doctor Nazaraliev has formed an original concept of the integrity of internal organs in norm and pathology as the basis for his method.

Providing a system of individual approaches towards the complex treatment method of patients using the rapid relief of psychophysical addiction, a significant medical activity has been put into practice by J. Nazaraliev. Professor J. Nazaraliev is a psychiatrist by education and a scientist by vocation; he is one of the leading specialists of modern narcological scholarship. Under his leadership, fundamental research is being conducted on the modern evolution of epidemiological processes in the field of narcology.

Prime path-physiological and clinical developments continue to assist in revising a range of the most important clinical course issues in the treatment of chemical addiction diseases.

The results of his research have been published in more then 70 scientific works, and their novelty is protected by ten patents. In the course of the most important trends of narcological research program implementation, the scientific data collected by J. Nazaraliev have been presented at international congresses, symposiums, and conferences in more then twenty countries.

Doctor is the President of the World League 'Mind Free of Drugs' which was established in 2001. Its honourable members are the world leading officials, movie stars, singers, and sport idols. The main activity of the World League is to prevent drug abuse among youth and children, thus an enormous work is carried out on daily basis in this ragard.
